Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, please contact The Jewelry Garage immediately at info@thejewelrygarage and email a photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item and your order number to info@thejewelrygarage.

Our Customer Service team generally responds to all emails with 24-48 hrs.
Return shipping labels are provided by The Jewelry Garage only if the item received by the customer is damaged, defective, or we shipped you the incorrect item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards.
