Processing time for custom and pre-order pieces may take longer, and these details will be found on the product pages. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Currently, we are shipping with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to USPS. 8th Ave Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked ''delivered'' shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier.
Note: Our offices are closed on weekends, so any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
EXCEPTIONS: Final sale merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom-made personalized pieces.
At 8th Ave Jewelry we try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our holiday and sale season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
