Refund Policy

POLICY

To be eligible for a refund/return or an exchange, please begin the return process, within seven (7) days of receiving your order. With the exception of customized/personalized pieces which are FINAL SALE.

Returns request submitted after seven (7) days will not be processed.

Please purchase jewelry at your own discretion, as some jewelry pieces may include contents that can cause an allergic reaction based on your specific condition. 8th Ave Jewelry is not responsible for results in allergic reactions. 

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable. When returning packages back to our facility we recommend that you obtain the tracking number, this will provide you with a proof of postage in the event the package is lost. Here at the 8th Ave Jewelry we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. You can always contact us for any return question at info@8thAveJewelry.com.  

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

To return your order, please email info@8thAveJewelry.com for instructions on how to return your item(s). We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

Customer service inquiries and return request are responded to Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm EST (excluding Holiday’s).

Our Customer Service team generally responds to all emails with 24-48 hrs.

You are welcomed to use the shipping method of your choice. Please be sure to email the tracking number for your return to info@8thAveJewelry.com

Return shipping labels are provided by 8th Ave Jewelry only if the item received by the customer is damaged, defective, or we shipped you the incorrect item.

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from 8th Ave Jewelry once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 15-20 days for your package to arrive and our returns department to refund your original form of payment. Also, we are unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.

Any merchandise discounted may be marked SALE or FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please Note: ALL ITEMS MARKED AS SALE ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@8thAveJewelry.com so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

If you are unsatisfied with the item that you receive due to a fault of ours, misspelled or wrong color, you can make a return and have it exchanged with another one. This also applies to all mistaken shipments that you may receive. If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@8thAveJewelry.com so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem. If a resolution is not achieved, a full refund will be given back except for shipping expenses. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item and if there is a defect in our product. If the item has sold out we will email you to discuss other options.
