RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, please begin the return process, within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

With the exception of customized/personalized pieces which are FINAL SALE.

Please purchase jewelry at your own discretion, as some jewelry pieces may include contents that can cause an allergic reaction based on your specific condition. 8th Ave Jewelry is not responsible for results in allergic reactions. 

Returns request submitted after seven (7) days will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your item(s). 8th Ave Jewelry has a right to approve or reject every return. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges are available if there is a defect in the product. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer credit for final sale items. Additionally, all shipping fees are non-refundable.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable. When returning packages back to our facility we recommend that you obtain the tracking number, this will provide you with a proof of postage in the event the package is lost. 8th Ave Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

To return your order, please email info@8thAveJewelry.com for instructions on how to return your item(s). We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

Customer service inquiries and return request are responded to Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm EST (excluding Holiday’s).

Our Customer Service team generally responds to all emails with 24-48 hrs.

You are welcomed to use the shipping method of your choice. Please be sure to email the tracking number for your return to info@8thAveJewelry.com.

Return shipping labels are provided by 8th Ave Jewelry only if the item received by the customer is damaged, defective, or we shipped you the incorrect item. 

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from 8thAve Jewelry once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 15-20 days for your package to arrive and our returns department to refund your original form of payment. Also, we are unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable. Any merchandise discounted may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping/return shipping is non-refundable

EXCHANGES
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item and if there is a defect in our product. If the item has sold out, we will email you to discuss other options.

NON-QUALIFYING ORDERS

PERSONALIZED
Custom-made personalized pieces are final sale. These items are made to order and cannot be returned. You can find this information on the product pages as well as on your invoice. If a manufacturing error is made, please contact us to discuss: info@8thAveJewelry.com. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale and marked as SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Customized/Personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

Please Note: ALL ITEMS MARKED AS SALE ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY

All orders that are considered custom orders, are made as requested by “Client” (you).

All custom orders, made as requested by client (you), are non-refundable. Each custom-made piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. Additionally, all shipping fees are non-refundable. We will not refund for "buyer's remorse".

Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise, custom made rings, or any custom work. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by 8th Ave Jewelry. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.
